Dora Feldman Kopp, born in Lublin, Poland in 1947, passed away peacefully on Nov. 7, 2022, after battling Crohn’s & Progressive Supernuclear Palsy.

Dora and her family emigrated to Israel and later the U.S., where the family settled in Akron. She graduated from The University of Akron and taught math at Buckeye Junior High School, Eastmoor High School and retired from Columbus Torah Academy in Columbus.

Dora was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Sarah Feldman, and brother, Edward (Reah). She is survived by husband, Irwin (Chuck) Kopp; son, Joshua (Jessica); and grandchildren, Aryeh and Elisheva, as well many family and friends in the U.S., Canada and Israel.

The family wishes to thank Zusman Hospice and the warm and caring staff at the Cottages for the help, care and support provided to Dora.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 9 at Epstein Memorial Chapel, 3232 E. Main St. For a link to the Zoom, email zoom1@epsteinmemorial.com Interment will follow at New Beth Jacob Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at Josh and Jessica’s home.
