At least six new Dunkin’ locations are coming to Central Ohio communities like Clintonville and Westerville.

According to Columbus Business First, franchisees Tushar Patel and Yogesh Patel have at least two locations in development.

One of those locations will be the former First Merchants Bank building at 3245 N. High St. in Clintonville. That sale was represented by John Malley of NAI Ohio Equities.

The other location could be 3301 Morse Road, taking up 2,600 square feet of a 4,300-square-foot building that could be built at Morse Road and Dunbridge Street in the Northland area, according to Columbus Business First.

Cincinnati-based Gilligan Co. has the other four locations in the works at North Hamilton Road and Old State Route 161; South State Street and Sunbury Road, both in Westerville; and Broad Street near Whitehall. The company operates nearly 40 locations in Cincinnati and Dayton, but didn’t open its first Central Ohio location until 2021.

Dunkin’ was founded in 1950 in Quincy, Mass., and is currently headquartered in Canton, Mass.
