North Market’s Bridge Park, an upcoming food hall and public market in Dublin, will welcome two new tenants – Reuse Revolution and Lan Viet.
Lan Viet has maintained a location at North Market’s Columbus location for the past decade. With the Dublin location, the Vietnamese restaurant offers the same menu as the Columbus location including pho, banh mi, rice noodle bowls, bean sprout salad and summer rolls.
Founded in 2018 by Christy Walters, Reuse Revolution sells biodegradable and reusable products to help people create less trash. This will be the brand’s first permanent space, which sells online and has operated as a pop-up stall in the past. Products include stainless steel straws, cups, bottles and tumblers, reusable grocery bags, and compostable single-use products like dental floss and kitchen utensils.
The Bridge Park location is expected to open late summer 2021. It is planning a phased opening with full occupancy by the end of that year.
North Market Bridge Park will be at 6735 Longshore St. It will be an open layout with 20 merchant stalls.
