The Columbus Symphony and Principal Pops Conductor Stuart Chafetz will begin the 2021 Nationwide Picnic with the Pops at 8 p.m. June 12 with the music of Queen.

The Pops will perform with a classic rock orchestra “Windborne’s The Music of Queen,” playing songs from various Queen albums, including “Classic Queen,” “A Night at the Opera” and “The Works.” The event will take place at the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion in the John F. Wolfe Columbus Commons, 160 S. High St., behind the Ohio Theatre. Gates open at 6 and can be found on the Rich, Third, and State streets sides of the park.

General lawn seating is $36.75 in advance. Lawn tickets for children ages 3 to 12 are $10.50. Children 2 and under are free. Table seating is also available starting at $231 for tables of four.
