The Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus will host its “bark mitzvah” from 5:30 to 8 p.m. June 13 at Open Air Shelterhouse 1 at Whetstone Park, 3923 N. High St. in Columbus.

Attendees may bring their dogs and picnic baskets to the event, which features pet resources, a bark mitzvah ceremony, certificates, prizes and more.

“Pup-tail” hour is at 5:30, with the ceremony at 6 and raffle at 6:30.
